This template is designed for use on set index articles which only contain links to articles for roads associated with a specific title. It displays a notice on the page and includes it in Category:Lists of roads sharing the same title (a subcategory of Category:Set index articles). This is not intended for disambiguation pages; a separate template for road disambiguation pages exists at {{road disambiguation}}.
