| minor_premiership = yes if team won minor premiership (Australia only)
| ClimaxBerth = yes if team qualified for the Climax Series but did not win their league, otherwise leave blank
| PlayoffBerth = yes if team qualified for the Playoffs (prior to the formation of the Climax Series), otherwise leave blank
| image = Cap insignia
| image_size = if blank, defaults to 150px
| alt = Alt text for image
