Parameters
- italic title
- whether to italicize the title
- name
- title of work
- image
- image file
- caption

- name of author

- for audiobooks
- title_orig
- if title has been translated, title in original language
- translator
- name of translator, if applicable
- country
- home country of author
- language
- original language of novella
- series
- series the story is a part of, if applicable
- genre
- genre the novella falls into, see below
- published_in
- what the novella was first released in, e.g. the name of the anthology, magazine, etc)
- publication_type
- how the novella was first released, e.g. anthology, periodical, etc
- publisher
- name of publisher responsible for first edition
- media_type
- the media the novella was first released in, e.g. hardback, paperback, magazine, newspaper, online
- pages
- pages (prefer 1st edition, specify edition as needed)
- awards
- awards(s) the book has won
- isbn
- prefer ISBN of 1st edition; use {{ISBNT}} for linking to book sources
- pub_date
- date of first release or publication
- english_pub_date
- if applicable, date of first publication in English
- preceded_by
- if applicable, the name of the work preceding the novella in a series
- followed_by
- if applicable, the name of the work following the novella in a series
- preceded_by_italics
- replaces "preceded_by" if the preceding story requires an italic title (e.g. a novel)
- followed_by_italics
- replaces "followed_by" if the following story requires an italic title (e.g. a novel)
For genre, see List of literary genres. There are older deprecated aliases for parameters pub_date, published_in and english_pub_date called release_date, released_in and english_release_date.
Please do not make major changes to the infobox without proposing and discussing it on the talk page first.
